Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service and Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for providing excellent service to our clients and supporting our field veterinarians with client management. Key Role Specific Requirements
Customer Service:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email and tech bulletins.
- Manage client orders, process sales invoices, quotes and payments.
- Maintain customer records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate vaccine and product orders with production teams.
- Pack and ship orders, including vaccines (up to 50lbs).
- Assist with mail sorting and office document management.
- Collaborate with finance on accounting tasks.
- Support project coordination and management.
Sales Assistant:
- Organize and maintain client and regulatory records.
- Assist with scheduling for the veterinary and commercial teams.
- Manage vaccine reorders and veterinary supply inventory.
- Track veterinary license deadlines and compliance.
- Coordinate shipment of diagnostic samples and product deliveries.
Additional Duties:
- Help with daily office operations, including supplies and meeting notes.
- Support marketing efforts and assist with trade show coordination.

Educational Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Science or Business is preferred but not required.
- Experience in animal health or working with veterinarians.
- Interest in production animal health, veterinary medicine, and aquaculture.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Other Requirements
- Experience with vaccines and pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar software.
- 1-2 years in office management, sales, or veterinary reception.
