You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to Bimeda during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

It is important that the personal data we hold is accurate and current. Job applicants are responsible for ensuring that their personal information is accurate, complete and up to date. Job applicants should contact Bimeda to make any changes to personal information, including phone numbers, names or addresses.
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, the organisation will hold your data on file for 12 (twelve) months after the end of the relevant recruitment process.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your Human Resources file (electronic and paper based) and retained during your employment.
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request to have access to it, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
In those cases where we process your information for contractual reasons, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information.
If you believe we are not using your information lawfully you can ask us to stop using it for a period of time. In some circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to erase your personal data.

In Brazil, Bimeda is located the city of Monte Mor, in the state of São Paulo. We have over 100 employees, spread across our marketing, customer service, HR, research and development, quality, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing functions, as well as a field-based sales team. Our research and development team form an important part of Bimeda’s global innovation programme.
Bimeda Zambia is headquartered in Lusaka, which is home to our office and distribution facility. Bimeda also has a field-based sales team spread throughout the country. The logistics and distribution team in Zambia are a key part of our AMEA logistics network, which ensures continuous supply of quality Bimeda products to our customers and end users across Central and East Africa.
Bimeda Uganda is headquartered in Kampala, and forms part of the wider Bimeda AMEA business unit, which has a strong presence across the Africa, Asia and Middle East regions.
Bimeda Limited (Kenya) is part of the wider Bimeda AMEA business unit, which has a strong presence across the Africa, Asia and Middle East regions. Bimeda is one of the largest veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors in Eastern and Central Africa. The Kenyan business headquarters is situated in Nairobi, where our sales, marketing, HR, finance and logistics functions are based. Nairobi is also home to our distribution facility, from which products are supplied to the entire Central and East African region.
Bimeda China is headquartered in Beijing, where our registration team is based. Our Shanghai office is home to our sales, marketing and procurement teams. Our state-of-the-art sterile injectable manufacturing facility is located in Shijiazhuang.
Bimeda China is also proudly part of a joint venture with Shijiazhuang Rainbowlabs Pharmaceutical Technology Co. Ltd (Rainbowlabs), which provides laboratory testing and services to pharmaceutical companies throughout the world.
